Events and Offers notification keeps turning itself on

I specifically turn this option off and it keeps toggling itself on after a few days with an annoying promotional push message about something I don't want. Is there a reason this keeps happening? Reinstalling the app does not stop this.

This is on a Galaxy S6 with the most up-to-date stock firmware.

Thanks for reporting this. Can you please confirm Settings -> General notifications -> Events and Offers is not checked?
