Inscription on photo is difficult to make out, but appears to state: "To Cannon Ball Cannon/Last of the bix _____Loopes!/From Ace of Picadilly Circus/Dan Brennan."
No idea who he is, other than a decorated aircraft pilot or aviator. During World War II many servicemen's clubs, in the West End of Piccadilly Circus station in London, served American soldiers based in Britain.
