Knife/dagger ID

I have had this for years. It is 9 3/4" overall with a 5 1/2" blade. Nickel/chrome finish. 

It certainly has a German/Austrian look to it, but have not come across any references to it.

Any suggestions?

I recall that back in the 1960's & 70'S I saw knifes similar to this at gun shows.  They were recent productions made to look similar to German HJ knives but without the inset HJ emblem.  They were inexpensive at the time.
