Israeli M-15 Gas Mask?

I believe this is the original box for the gas mask.  It was wrapped in plastic and everything was "tight" inside of the box.  It fit like a glove, but the box was opened.  All signs are pointing towards an Israeli M-15 Gas Mask, but wanted to see if anyone could verify. 

Stock # on side is 531-782-038

Numbers on side in addition to above - 1033.78

Any help would be appreciated.

A quick google search for m-15 gas mask pulled up a whole bunch of pics that look just like your mask.
