Help Identifying Vintage Military Medals or badges

Hi, I acquired these old military medals and need help identifying them. The eagle meal measures 9/16" by 1-1/2" and is curved. The round one measures 1" in diameter. Any help is appreciated!

The top bar is a part of a National Officer's Medal; Aide-de-Camp to the Commander-in-Chief of the G.A.R.

I don't have the time to research this, but the round one looks very similar to one's that I've had in the past.  German, circa WWI or so.
