Help Identifying Hat

This is a baseball cap type hat.  We think it's military of some sort.  I've tried reverse searching the image, with no luck.

With those torpedoes my guess would be a Chinese submariners or Japanese ASW.

What are the smaller images on the brim of the cap, I can see them on the sides, might help narrow down the search 🙂

Thank you.  We thought it was Japanese letters, so  that's possible for the Japanese ASW.

There are leaves on the bill.  I should have attached a pic of the whole hat, which I've done now.
