unpaid item case

Hi there how can a case of unpaid item be opened against me when I tried everything.  I am enclosing one of the messages that I sent to seller and one by ebay customer service sent to him for problem in paying by credit card since there was something wrong with merchant id.  After that I requested through ebay seller to cancel the order. I did everything that I was supposed to do.  The emails are below. NJ
