unacceptable dissition

eBay has refuse to refund me for an item as a reason they said that they have information that i had receive the replacement part.i ask to see that information but all they said case closed.this was a very disappointing decisions for me as a many year being a client with eBay my opinion  eBay policies is not as fair as it was to be.maybe its time to give a chance to other sites as wel
