how do I remove a refunded item from my account that now shows it has not been payed for?

I purchased an otter box phone case and payed for it.  The seller said it was shipped and my account showed the phone case was payed for and shipped.  But after two weeks and no phone case had arrived the seller refunded my money.  Now my account shows the phone case as being unpayed.  I can't seem to be able to remove the item from my account and I don't know if the  "unpayed" phone case with affect my rating.  How do I cancel it all together and remove it and not just hide it in my account?
