Why can't I leave feedback for the worst merchant on your site when they break a contract and ignore all methids of communication? I believe they may be using an excuse of unconfirmed address which shouldn't be the case even if it were a valid reason. Why can I not warn other people of this terrible practice? This experience makes me want to go back to using amazon 😞
