I have a buyer who bought a dress that was offered in two colors (both in same listing). I got a return request, saying the item was the wrong color, but it is in fact the color that she selected. The listing is set up so that when she selected the color option that she purchased, the picture showing that color is displayed. However, she thought she was getting the color showed in the cover picture. Will ebay considered changing the reason for return to something other that item doesn't match the listing? or is it not worth the effort/potential negative feedback? I am fine with taking a return, but I don't want to pay her return shipping and get a defect for her error. thanks
