Dear Ebay,
Today I tried to purchase 2 items from 2 different sellers.
First order - completed without any problem.
But I'm having problem with the second order.
I'm getting this message while completing order:
"Your payment was declined by your card issuer
Please use another credit card or bank account to complete your PayPal payment"
