I have sent one package via UPS standard to the buyer one week ago, and given her the tracking no. and copied Eticket, I have tracked the parcel last week, the parcel has arrived in UPS access point near to her address last week, and awaiting for the customer to pick up, I sent the tracking information to the buyer immediately, but I didn't get any reply; today I tracked the parcel again, it is still in UPS access point, and UPS remarks that the parcel must be picked up within 10 days, otherwise will send back to the sender (i.e. seller), and I sent email to her again, still no response. By the way, this is international shipment, cost much more than what I have posted on EBAY.
If within 10 days, the buyer doesn't pick up the parcel, UPS send back the goods to me, who will pay the returing cost? Do I have to pay back him the total payment? What should I do in this case?
