What’s going on with my case?

I contacted you because I don’t understand what’s going on with my case . I received the coat which wasnt as described. It left lits of hairs and that really made it impossible to wear. Coar was very old or even not cared enough probably that was the reason why it leaves too much fur hairs. Anyway  when i got it, right away I contacted to seller , he said he will come back from vacation from a week. I waited and a week after requested refund and returned the item back . I paid 50$ For that coat and 13 dollars more to ship it back with insurance. I attached the proof that  the item was delivered  back to the seller. And now I have to wait for 48 hours for  what? To review my case? What is there to review?

if you noticed i made lots of purchase from ebay this month but This is really horrible experience and probably  will sop using ebay , 

please fet back to me soon . I spent money from my credit card and now have to pay  money fir the money you hold  !!! I really got angry

this is not fair!!!! I cant trust ebay anymore!
