So I have a buyer that claims they don't like the item they bought, so I ask them if they wanted a refund send it back and I'll be happy to refund the $. Now they have not sent it back yet and paypal has my money on hold that they paid for the item! How long do I have to wait for them to send it? It's been almost 3 weeks? Thanks
