View fee details for an item you sold

I sold an item for $55.00 which is pending, but on my PayPal acct it shows pending $53.10 instead of just $55.00 can someone explain where n why $1.90 was taken off. That can't be the final fee because on my acct thefinal fee shows up as $5.50 that I understand that's eBay's percentage taken off but how bout the extra 1.90??
