Trojan Virus when logging into Ebay

Since I can't send a ticket of some kind to the Ebay staff and such to see if this is something they can fix or not, decided to go here. Basically the past 3 days I've logged into Ebay to check the status of my orders, my Virus Scanner picks up and blocks this Trojan Virus that keeps popping up right after I log in. I scan computer, no viruses found, it's just on the ebay login link itself. Doesn't matter where you click this from (email or website) I still run into it.

Is anyone else getting this or is Ebay aware of this issue? It kind of makes me wary logging in if there's a Virus just waiting for me to log in. Is it just an ad doing this? I have adblocker on so not sure if there are any as I can't see them.
