The seller from China sent me a wrong product. I asked for a refund and the seller asked me to keep the product and get less amount of money for the return. I refused it. Now the seller asks me to find the cheapest way for shipping to send the product back and even though I found the best option, the seller continuously requires me to find a " cheaper option." This is super annoying and absurd. We have been sending messages back and forth almost two weeks and I'm super annoied by it. I just want to send the product back and get a refund!!
What can I do in this kind of situation?
