I ordered a Cascio watch that showed "more than 10 in stock" and a deliver time of ~1 week, so when the item didn't show to be shipped for several days, I reviewed the transaction and reallized the seller wasn't accepting my payment. After leaving 3 messages over 3 days, I went into my paypal account and requested and received a refund. So what do I do next? I want one of these watches and several other sellers have it, one is about 75 cents higher. At this point I'm willing to pay a slightly higher price to get the watch shipped to me. For lack of better terms, I'm bumfuzzled. Please help.
