According to ebay's policy, if a seller sends me the wrong item, he is responsible for shipping charges to return said item.
After being sent the wrong item, I opened a return request with the seller, but he refuses to send me a return label because he says "his shipping provider does not support it", and he asks me, instead, to ship the item back to him at my expense
He is not returning my messages and is now probably waiting for my return "time window" to end (which it does, tomorrow).
In the meantime, I cannot ask ebay to step in (there is no option I can click on), and I cannot provide any tracking number because my only way to do so is to ship the item myself
Meanwhile, my return case interface is telling me that if I dont add a tracking number before tomorrow, I may not receive a refund
What am I supposed to do?
