I bought a ballast from Lumepower. It was 11/26/2014. It worked properly for two weeks, then, it began to flicker periodically. On 5/17/2015, it stopped completely. I contacted the seller that day, 5/17. They have a 1 year warranty. They sent 1 bogus email on 5/20, asking if I had received their response telling me what to do. I have sent 4 emails since then, and they won't respond. Since it has been more than 90 days from purchase, Ebay's resolution center is no help. Will Ebay make the seller honor an advertised warranty, and, if so, what is that process?
