Scammed - Need help

I was notified by Ebay that someone had used my account. Several items were purchased and mailed to an address. I changed my password and tried to purchase something, but immediately I checked and it was again going to be mailed to that same bogus address.

 I found that the address 600 Markley Street, Suite________(the customer number), Port Reading NJ 07064 is a bogus customer.  They set up accounts in victims name and then are assigned a customer number (suite #). 

The company Meest, receives the packages there then forwards to another address........the customers real address.....usually overseas :{.  Its a scam.  How do I stop this?  Get Ebays attention? Let other people know this is happening?.
