Refund of ebay fees on item that was damaged in transit.

I had an item damaged during delivery and am just wondering if ebay refunds my fees for that item. The customer has received his refund and I have received my insurance claim and PayPal fees were refunded. Where would I find out if ebay's fees were refunded? My ebay invoice does not reflect any refund. Maybe I just have to wait until next invoice? Seems easier to ask the community rather than contacting eBay! Thanks for any help.
