Hello, so the buyer won the auction but not paying for the item and left me a negative feedback straight away. He left the feedback before I can open an unpaid item case 2 days after sale, now I close the case after 4 days but feedback is not removed. Should I able to contact ebay for remove the feedback because it seems unfair.

There could be a delay before the automatic removal happens. I'd give it a day or two to straighten itself out, before investing time on the phone with Customer Support.
