Hello, so the buyer won the auction but not paying for the item and left me a negative feedback straight away. He left the feedback before I can open an unpaid item case 2 days after sale, now I close the case after 4 days but feedback is not removed. Should I able to contact ebay for remove the feedback because it seems unfair.

Although the feedback removal should have been automatic when the case was closed you will need to contact eBay about the removal.
