Seller threatened and left unwarranted negative feedback

I  had a buyer request a return when my policy clearly states , no returns.  This was over 30 days after the purchase date. Buyer claimed I needed to make an exception because they had an unexpected hospital stay. I refused, as it was already after Christmas and the money I earned was already spent, along with the fact that the item probably wouldn't sell now. Buyer threatened to give negative feedback and negative comments...which they promptly did. This is totally against eBay policy, I reported her...what else do I do to get rid of the negative feedback?  Also, I checked her feedback and recent purchases...she purchsed 2 other of the same item I sold to her, after she purchased mine. Suspicious that she just wanted her money back.

You can call customer service and ask them to review the messages. If the buyer specifically said she would leave negative feedback if you didn't accept the return, it should be removable as feedback extortion.
