Possible to apply coupon after purchase?

Learned ebay was having a 20% off coupon code on select items with PROMONYCC code (nycc items).

I did not apply it during the purchase, wondering if there's a way to apply it after the fact?

(puchased item yesterday, item is shipped, coupon expires tonight)

NO, You have to apply the code during checkout & pay with PayPal. This is what is stated with the code on certain listings. I forgot to use it on a purchase myself today.
