Open case

Hello. 

I bid on an item and did the dum thing of not checking shiping and customs. In this case shiping and customs double the amount I have to pay.  I contacted the seller and he was kind enaugh to cancel the bid. Only problem is that I had foolishly not checked my email for about a week prior and now I have an open case on me. The seller can't cancell the open case thus he can not cancel the sell.
