Null error when listing

I have listed items with no problem, even today. But, I have an item that always says the "null" error when I try to list it.  I have checked every field, and everything is complete.

@zfsit This is a Glitch. MANY Others are having this problem. Try this listing tool. The quick/ easy listing tools and APP seem to have more issues.

Use the advanced listing tool. When you click on the sell tab, upper right hand corner on a pc, you should see a "use advanced listing tool" option OR it may also say "use form with more choices" .

If this does not fix your problem contact ebay. It's best to contact ebay to report this issue even if the advanced tool fixed the problem or they may not get the other listing tool repaired.

There are two ways to contact customer service, if you are outside the USA you will need to use the social media contact. All other users can use either contact method.

There is not a dedicated tech issue department that you can call so this is the phone link to the accounts department. They will transfer you if needed or take the report.

Scroll down and click on the call us button for a one time use code. The best time to call is 5am pacific time when they open before they get busy.
