No Merchandise; No Refund

Hello.....back in August 2017, I purchased two French cut green bean slicers from this seller.....ss487_fxsy5726md@members.ebay.com.hk, .....after a reasonable amount of time, I queried the whereabouts of my package.....they replied and said they were going to send another package.....again, the package did not arrive in a reasonable amoun ot time, so I emailed them again.....once again, they said they would send another packet.....I had them same experience as I did with the first two "mailings", so I emailed them and asked for a refund.....they replied and said they would refund my Paypal account.....after about 10 back and forth emails, I still do not have a refund.....after more than 7 months from the purchase date.....I truly feel, after all the dealings I have had with this seller.....ss487_fxsy5726md@members.ebay.com.hk, ......that they are a most disreputable seller and should be banned from eBay participation.....thank you for your time, brr54
