New User Stole My Money. please help.

This does not have the option to put the demand for the item that I do not only see options to contact the seller and not with you. the seller does not answer so I want my money returned I send several messages I want to solve this problem please.

The user does not respond to the messages and does not send the article to me and apparently the user is new to ebay I think they stole my money and I want my money back I want ebay to open a case to return my money but I do not see the available options alone they want me to call ebay or contact the buyer and what I want is to open a case myself and write what happened to me.
