My order was canceled by the seller after my payment. However, the card payment was charged.

I never received the payment, which is why I canceled the order from the buyer in the first place. I just checked my statement again, and still have no history of recieving the payment and it has been over a month.

The seller canceled the deal immediately after my payment,

The seller did not send out the product.

And the seller said that they did not receive payment from eBay.

My current status as buyer: I did not receive the goods, and my credit card payment was charged.

Also, there are no refunds in your PayPal account.
