My listing was removed from Ebay because of a Trademark Violation-Unauthorized item

Now this is the third time this company has asked ebay to remove my items. The first was a copyright violation, the second was listed as counterfit, and now the Trademark violation. Now what I am selling is some high priced cosmetics that I was pressured into buying at authorized dealer of Tresor rare. I paid a ton of money for these things and now want to try and get some of my money back. I do not understand how they can do this. I know I am selling them for much less than I paid, for example I paid $650 for this eye serum and am trying to get $150 for it, which is much less than they are selling it for on ebay. I have tried to contact them several times and they never return my email. So how could this item be unauthorized if the company is selling the same thing on ebay?
