Item still showing as Unpaid in my eBay back office

I have an item that still shows as Unpaid in my eBay back office.  It is an item that I paid for but then had to return.  I've received the refund and have no problem with the seller but it still shows up as Unpaid.  The only option I can select is "Return this Item" but when I select that it says that the "Seller has already issued a full refund" which I know and agree with.

Anyone know how to delete it?
