Okay so I wanted to start the resolution process but I get this message:
We're sorry there's an issue with this purchase. Unfortunately, PayPal reports that we can't open a case for this item
I paid with a paypal account. And I have opened upa dispute on paypal as well could that have something to do with it?
And can you tell me what can I do?
