Item not received

Around July 10th I placed an order on ebay and paid via paypal. On my ebay list of purchases, it's marked paid, and on my PayPal account the debit is shown. However, when I try to mark that I still haven't received my purchase yet, I get a message telling me it hasn't been paid for yet, and I need to contact the seller. I've tried to contact the seller, calisaurusrex, several times with no response. Suggestions!?! *superfrustrated* *astronomicallyannoyed* *howrude*
