Fraud

I bought what I thought was an authentic TYME Iron for my wife for Mother's Day.  The listing had pictures and stated NIB with TYME as the manufacturer.  It looked perfectly legitimate.  I received it, assumed everything was good, and gave it to her when the day came.  A couple weeks later she comes to me and says it's not an actual TYME Iron and showed me the differences between the iron we received and a real TYME Iron.  I contacted the seller and opened a dispute and didn't hear back for maybe a week when the dispute was closed and the return request denied (with no reason).  I left a one star rating saying the item was fake but they were somehow able to delete it.  What is going on with eBay these days where crooks can sell garbage and get away with it?!  The item in question is 252854196930 sold by GoldenGoods7.
