Fees %?

Hello.

I have made some transactions in the last days and instead the 10% of the fees for each sale I am being charging 12.1% in the eBay invoice.

For example, a $165 final price item I was charged $19.97 instead $16.5 or for a $275 final price item I was charged $33.28

I checked if there were some insertion fees and they are not (because they are in the first free 50). Why is this happening?
