Hello!
Fnally on 21.April, I got email from Ebay that I can elevate my case with seller.
There was:
And now when I click on Case Details, all I see is "Send a message to the seller" and "Close this request"
I try to attack printscreen file also about what I see in my screen.
How can I "escalate this case" and Submit it to Ebay?
I have once escalated things with Ebay help and it was not hard at all, but at the moment I am in trouble?
