Hello fellow sellers. I need advice. I have a customer who bought two items over a month ago (60 days return). The customer and I have been messaging back and forth regarding a return. The customer, who I caught in a couple of lies, first wants half refund because the post office is far away from them. Now, she wants a full refund because she said its not as describe. I know for a fact that this person is lying. I told her to file a return but she wouldn't. She wants to keep the items and demands a full refund. What should I do? Also, what do you do when a buyer lies about the quality they say they receive and just wants free things? Thank you
