I was just told by eBay that listings will get corrupted over time and that the only way to fix this is by creating a new listing which will lose all of my sales history. She even told me that using "sell similar" can transfer over the corruption and the only way to completely fix it is to do a new listing from scratch. My particular issue is with the "let buyers make offers" checkbox being checked without any input from me. I was just attemptiing to revise the quantity on a listing that did not have the make offer selected, but when I clicked revise and scrolled down to change the quantity, it was checked and I assume that I'll have the make offer function enabled on another listing that I don't want it on. Has anyone else had this issue? I couldn't get a straight answer on whether eBay is attempting to fix this, whether it's just an acceptable issue or if this will continue to happen with new listings. This is frustrating and I don't really want to lose our sales history on items where I believe it's important.
Edit: I guess I should have made clear that the checkmark is grayed out as shown in the photo) so I cannot unselect it.
