Today i made a buy for a friend of mine. He than changed his mind and wanted to cancel it so i did. Everything went good i asked the seller to cancel and he did. Got my money back as my paypal account says.
After that i wanted to buy the same item this time as a gift for my friend so tried to buy it (*same account) but when i choose paypal as the method to pay it with and try to login using the popup it show an error 70407. My account is fine cause i have the money which i got back from the cancelation and which is the same amount cause its the same item.
Tried a dozen of times but cant get it to work. Why does this happen?? Please help !
p.s. : Do i need to confirm the cancelation of the item ?The message from ebay cited as above and there was any accept or decline option ...
Also i found out that i cant buy anything at all not just this item.
The seller refunded $xx.xx back to your original payment method, and you don't need to do anything else.
