CAPTCHA FOR LOGIN

Is there a way to remove the captcha when trying to log in.? It doesn't appear until I try to log in and get an incoorect user name/password message even though I am entering the information correctly, requiring me to log have to log in at least twice each time. If it's been a while since my last log in, I end up trying a dozen different possible passwordsand end up having to change it. It's quite frustrating. especially since I have 3 security questions on  my account which canbe used. I realize it's for my security but it is just too annoying and I'm running out of passwords.
