I have not been selling very long, maybe 2 months. I have a buyer that will not pay for their item and will not communicate with me. I have attempted to contact the buyer several times and I have been polite each time. I checked their ratings and they were 100% good with nothing but praises for this person as a buyer. I went ahead and opened an "unpaid item case" but nothing has happened and I don't know what to do now. It has been several weeks since I opened the case. Please advise
