In Serbia I have been online sales for years, I have thousands of items sold and a high rating.
I have no experience at Ebay and I try to learn as much as I can.
The basic principles are the same, be honest and honest in the description, provide the best and quick service, but some rules are different to Ebay.
My customer opened the case because he did not receive the item.
I wrote to him that I'm sorry, gave again the tracking number, checked the address on the Paypal everything is fine.
I evaluated the buyer and after a month the auction was canceled in part - sold items.
I can not see the status of shipments with USPS
Serbia shows status to Belgrade, it does not show it outside of Serbia
When the customer contacted USPS, he still did not detect the package
Soon he wrote to the USPS that a shipment was received, he detected a receipt
But as the auction was canceled, I can not see it anymore
I was in the Post office saying that the package was safe in America, I wrote to the customer and asked if he had received the package, asked me to write, I am worried
The buyer did not send a single message
I do not know what to do
The item was sold on December 7th

The shipment is traveling for a long time, I do not know why
I do not know if I can write here the parcel number?
How can I see where this shipment is?
