I have successfully worked with the "Best Offer" option for other items, but for an item I currently have listed I have 2 offers but no links available to respond to either offer. I would like to accept one of them before it expires. Any suggestions? I was surprised the only option for support is via phone !

As noted, I know HOW to include "Best Offer" options - I have done so with other listings and successfully replied even earlier today.
This item DOES have "Best Offer" option enabled.
It simply does not offer the usual links to "Decline" "Accept" or "Suggest Counteroffer" even though I have 2 active offers.
