If you make a Best Offer and are waiting for seller response then decide to buy it now. What happens to the best offer you made? Is it cancelled? The seller had more then 1 of the item. How do I cancel my best Offer now that I have purchased one of the item?

If you buy the item with Buy It Now, the offer is cancelled ONLY if the listing is for single item. (You would then be buying the only item.)
However, if the listing is a multiple item listing and you buy it now for 1 item, your offer would still be active and the seller could still accept it. Meaning you could end up buying 2 items.
