Hello,
I recently bought a dipstick/tube from Skip White's site. When I received it . It was shipped in an envelope and was bent about 90 degrees to fit. I contacted the seller and complained about the packaging and damaged item. They agreed to send a replacement. When I received the second item it was the same way. I contacted their Customer Service and complained about their shipping dept. and receiving the second item bent like the first. The next time I went to their site to buy another item, I was not allowed to bid or buy on the item. I would like to talk to an EBAY Customer Service Rep about this situation about this matter, but can't find a phone number. It really makes me angry that I was banned from the site over one of their employees stupidity. Any help would be greatly appreciated...THANKS..
