Appeal a defect or feedback

Buyer contacts us an says he has not received there items , we contact ups with the tracking number they say it's been deliverd , we then go back to the buyer he then changes his.story by saying oh I found it but there is an item missing , we photo every parcel leaving are warehouse before sealing the box , then the electronic scales weigh the box which indicates how many items are in there to which an electric label prints the delivery label . The buyer then states the box might have been tamperd with LOL so we request a photo , the photo clearly shows no tampering , the tape we use rip's the box on removel the box was as new ! The buyer then opens a case to which we win the case the buyer then leaves us negative feedback . What should I do ?
