I filed a case regarding an item not received. The seller never replied and on may 19 I asked ebay to step in. It says it will take 2 days until ebay decides whether to issue a refund but I haven't heard anything. I've been trying to find a way to contact ebay via email, however their contact page only has options to call or have them call you. I am really uncomfortable with talking on the phone, email would be so much easier for me. Is there any way to do this?
